Welcome to A Piece of Scrap!!!

This is my freebie blog!! Hopefully I will be posting lots of freebies, although most likely not very regularly. Sometimes I am very inspired and come up with a lot, and other times not so much. So pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee...and let the good times roll!

begins and endings

Well, not really endings, but long breaks. Unfortunately, it is time for the family to move, yet again, and we will not have internet for about a month. We may be able to get on occasionally at cyber cafes and such, but there won't be enough time for updating the blog and uploading new kits. But the good news is, instead of surfing the internet at home, I will be creating new kits! So when I get back, hopefully I will have a whole slew of new freebie kits to share!

So now, I will share the two kits I have completed. Now, neither of them have terms of use, but please understand that is just because I doubt anyone would want to steal them anyway. But please do not claim any of the papers, elements, or anything else as your own. If you want to use them, just credit me (fayth) and link to my blog.

Also, do not direct anyone to the download link, please direct people to the blog!

So, here is the first one, titled Caesura, and an add on.

So, that is all I can start with for now! I cannot wait to return so I can update with more and really get this blog going! I hope to be able to join a CT someday and possibly even have my own store.

Welcome!!

This is the first post of A Piece of Scrap!! I am so excited about this, I have HUGE plans set up!!

A little about me first. I am 23 years old with one beautiful baby boy, and a wonderful husband in the army. I have been tinkering with graphic design for about 5 years now, mostly with Photoshop CS2. I started out doing signatures for my friends, then I went onto requests. That was a thankless and fairly redundant "job", so I stopped for awhile. Then I got into paper scrapbooking, and realized that I could use my graphic talent to make really awesome pages! So I've only been digital scrapbooking for a few weeks now, but I absolutely love it! I've already started converting my family members and friends who scrap.

I think it's time for me to get started making some pages and such!
